Prince George RCMP are investigating after shots were heard near a nature trail over the weekend.
Police were called out after a number of shots were reported between Oak Street and Victoria Street shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday.
Officers found a rifle near a pathway along the Centennial Trail, but no suspects.
Investigators also say there have been no reports of injuries.
