The Smithers Golf & Country Club is teeing off a new season with the introduction of its first female Golf Pro.
Anouk Guelidi joins the club as Golf Professional and Clubhouse Manager for the facility.
Guelidi, a former French Amateur champion, has played on the Ladies European Tour, Telia Tour (Sweden), Futures Tour, and has worked as a PGA golf coach contractor for private families and golf businesses.
Since 2013, she’s been the Technical Golf Coach for the University of Ottawa Men’s Golf Team.
Along with a new Golf Pro, the Smithers club has introduced a new logo and a new fee structure which has new categories offering lower prices for golfers aged 20-40.
