Smithers RCMP are asking the public for any information relating to a week old missing person investigation.
Jessica Balczer, who also goes by Jessica Patrick, has not been in contact with family since August 31st, and was reported missing on September 3rd.
Police have recieved reports of sightings of Jessica around town, but her whereabouts has not been confirmed since leaving the Mountain View Motel in the early morning on August 31st.
Balczer is described as an 18 year-old First Nations woman, standing 5 foot 3, weighing 115 pounds, with long black hair and brown eyes.
