Prince Rupert residents will have a chance to make the holidays brighter for others and get a free bus ride in return.
BC Transit and the City of Prince Rupert are once again teaming up for their “Stuff the Bus” campaign.
Residents can visit the BC Transit bus at the Safeway parking lot between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Saturday December 8.
Donations of non-perishable food, clothing, and cash will benefit the Salvation Army.
Transit says everyone who brings a donation will receive a free bus ride in return.
