Terrace City Council are holding a public hearing regarding an application to open a retail cannabis store in the Skeena Mall.
As per City guidelines, all owners and tennants of properties within 100 metres of the location, as well as those with an interest in the application are invited to attend the hearing.
The proposed store would be located between Mark’s Work Wearhouse and Anytime Fitness, with direct outside access, and would operate from 10 am to 9 pm on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 11 to 6 on Sundays.
An approval of the license has already been issued by the BC Liquor Distribution Branch, but the City holds final say in all storefront cannabis applications.
The hearing will take place on Monday, December 10th at 7 pm at the Council Chambers with a comprehensive report to follow.
