One man is in custody after assaulting numerous police officers in Terrace this morning.
RCMP originally responded to the 4400 block of Queensway for a report of a possible breach, where they attempted to detain a man for investigation.
The man resisted arrest and proceeded to assault multiple officers before they were able to handcuff him.
He was subsequently arrested and is currently in custody awaiting trial for a number of offenses, including assault of a police officer.
