Terrace RCMP are asking for help identifying a hit and run suspect.
Mounties say a Ford Ranger pickup rear-ended a Mazda hatchback near the intersection of Highways 16 and 37 around 5pm Monday.
Investigators say the truck was tailgating the Mazda down Old Lakelese Lake Road all the way to the four-way stop.
Just before the intersection, the driver of the truck rammed the Mazda from behind. He then did a u-turn and took off down Substation Road to Queensway Drive.
The suspect driver is described as a Caucasian male in his mid-thirties, about six feet tall, with slim build, orange hair, and a goatee.
Contact Terrace RCMP or Crimestoppers if you have any information.
