The Red Cross is looking to grow their volunteer base after opening a new hub in Terrace
Terrace was selected to become a hub locations following a 29 percent raise in equipment loans over the past 5 years.
672 pieces of equipment were loaned out by the Red Cross’s Health Equipment Loan Program, which aims to help people recover while in the company of friends and family, over that time period.
The Lazelle Avenue location, which officially opened in November, will be holding an open house tomorrow at 2:00 for those interested in finding out more.
