The City of Terrace will be sending two resolutions to a gathering of northern and central municipalities.
Terrace Mayor Carol Leclerc says one resolution will be exploring the concerns of how local governments funds projects like Mills Memorial Hospital.
Mayor Leclerc says the second resolution will be ensuring the new hospital is able to provide trauma services for the North West.
She says a recent study shows even by helicopter, the closest trauma centres for patients in North West B.C. is far away.
The resolutions will be discussed at the North Central Local Government Association meeting happening in Terrace. It runs from May 2nd-5th.
