Workers at Tolko’s Lakeview operation in Williams lake are back on the job.
Members of the United Steelworkers Local 1-2017 launched a day-long strike Tuesday.
The union says the job action was to send a message to the employer to get back to good faith bargaining.
About 1500 northern BC mill workers have been in a legal strike position since October 6th and contract talks remained stalled with the Council of Northern Interior Forest Industry Relations or Conifer.
Conifer represents operations in Houston, Burns Lake, Fort St. James, Prince George, Mackenzie, Fort St. John, Quesnel and Williams Lake.
