Cool and wet weather can take some of the praise in helping wildfire crews make progress on the largest fire so far this year.
The Tommy Lakes Fire entered the weekend just 10 percent contained, but the 220 square kilometer fire now sits at 40 percent contained.
While evacuation orders have now been lifted, a travel warning for the area around the fire is still in place.
Overall, the Wildfire danger rating in the province has dropped with the cooler weather to low to moderate in most areas.
