A drug seizure in Prince George has police warning residents of the recent prevalence of two lesser known drugs.
On April 6th, RCMP in Prince George executed a search on Central Street.
During the search, police uncovered a significant amount of cocaine, meth, and marijuana, as well as two unidentified substances.
The two substances have now been identified as GHB and Carfentanil.
Carfentanyl in particular is troubling to officers as the synthetic opioid is extremely lethal and be easily mixed with and concealed in other drugs.
Two men were arrested following the bust and charges are currently pending.
