Smithers RCMP say there have been some unconfirmed sightings of a missing teen.
The family of 19-year-old Jessica Patrick say she hasn’t been seen for a week.
Police say Patrick, who also goes by the last name Balczer, left the Mountain View motel in Smithers, in the early morning of August 31 and was reported missing September 3rd.
While there have been unconfirmed sightings of Patrick in the Smithers downtown core, RCMP say they have not found her.
She is described as a First Nations female, about 5’ 3 tall, 115 pounds, with long black hair and brown eyes.
Jessica was last seen wearing a black sweater with markings on the front, dark pants, black shoes, and carrying a brown purse.
