Terrace RCMP were called out to Fisherman’s Park in Terrace this morning after a vehicle was spotted in the Kalum River.
Video of the scene shows what appears to be a mid-size SUV or station wagon partially submerged in the water near the confluence of the Kalum and Skeena River.
