Even the state of Washington is coming forward to criticize the Canadian government’s Trans Mountain pipeline spill response plan.
When Canada purchased the pipeline for 4.5 billion dollars in May, they also became the owners of a small tail of the pipeline that runs in to the state.
Now, Washington has given Canada 60 days to give them more details regarding several areas of their plan.
The request comes after a Department of Ecology review revealed deficiencies in several areas.
