Ahead of their pool referendum vote on June 10, the City of Quesnel will host a series of open houses.
That vote will see residents decide whether or not the city should borrow up to $35 million to fund the revitalization of their swimming pool.
Over 40 years old, the upgrade plan sees the addition of a new electrical room, various replacements to tiling and drain systems, an elevated viewing area, a new swirl pool and more.
The first session is happening today until 7 pm at the Bouchie Lake Community Hall.
While the next will start tomorrow in the Ecole Red Bluff Lhtako Elementary gym and a third on June 1 at the Royal Canadian Legion, both from 4 to 7 pm.
