Members of the RCMP Dive Team have recovered the remains of all 3 occupants of a floatplane which crashed along the Central Coast last week.
Operated by Air Cab, the plane had been on its way back to Port Hardy last Wednesday, when it went down somewhere in Strachan Bay.
On Saturday, crews were finally able to locate the pilot and both passengers, though none survived the crash.
An investigation into the cause of the crash has been launched by both the Transportation Safety Board and the RCMP, though they do not suspect criminality at this moment.
