The role of how arts and culture could play a pivotal role in Prince Rupert’s economy will be discussed at a forum.
The event is being moderated by UNBC’s Marleen Morris and includes guest speaker BC Artscape president Genevieve Bucher.
Morris says Prince Rupert is a bright spot for arts and culture. She believes the diversity of residents plays a role.
She hopes the forum allows people attending to hear and discuss ideas of how to expand and maintain a vibrant arts and culture scene in the city.
The forum is happening from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. tomorrow evening at UNBC’s Prince Rupert campus.
