Commitment and community dedication have stolen the show during Doctor’s of BC President Eric Cadesky’s tour of the northwest.
When asked about retention and staffing concerns in the communities, Dr Cadesky says that the solution could lie in the better alocation of both resources and other supportive occupations.
Overall, Cadesky’s visit to the northwest so far has left him impressed by both the skill and commitment of the doctors in the area, and their willingness to go the extra mile to help community members.
Doctor Cadesky embarked on his tour of the northwest last week with the intention of shining light on the work being done by doctors in the Pacific northwest.
The tour has featured stops in Smithers, Terrace, and Prince Rupert.
