The release of a Burns Lake man charged with first-degree murder has angered members of the victims famly and local residents.
Albert Giesbrecht is charged in connection with the death of Raymond George Bishop last May and was recently released on surety bail.

Under the terms of his release, Giesbrecht is to remain essentially under house arrest 24/7 and may only leave in an ambulance for medical emergency or escorted to court or probation appointments, and that he have no access to internet or cell phone.
