After 20 years, the city of Terrace will see new busses.
The new busses were made by Grande West Transportation International.
Each bus will cost around 347 thousand dollars
The new 35-foot Vicinity buses can seat 30 passengers with room for another 24 standees, there is also space for two mobility aids.
The new buses are equipped with 2 doors for more efficient operation and easier access on and off the bus.
Another feature added to the new busses will be more security cameras to provide a safer ride for residents.
Mayor of Terrace Carol Leclerc is thrilled with the new additions to the town, she adds the new cameras will help keep everything truthful.
Kitimat and the Skeena will also see new busses by 2018.
