Northwest BC communities are looking for more people to live and work in the region.
The Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine, the cities of Terrace, Prince Rupert, and the District of Kitimat say recent workforce and economic research shows an opportunity to bring in more skilled workers and residents.
Now they’re are looking for someone to create a research-based marketing plan to do just that.
The goal will be to come up with workable strategies that will attract skilled employees and residents to the Northwest.
The regional governments have issued a request for qualifications through the BCBid website with a project budget of $10,000.
Submissions are due January 2nd.
