A tent city of sorts has popped up at Prince Rupert City Hall.
SomePrince Rupert residents set up tents on the grass outside the building to help the homeless during the winter months and raise awareness about what they say is a lack of shelter and affordable housing options for the city’s most vulnerable.

Organizer are asking members of the public to bring sleeping bags or blankets to city hall.
