The story about a triple kidnapping in Dawson Creek just keeps getting weirder and weirder.
According to report from CTV, Mounties found not only two females victims, but also a male who has been reported missing from metro Vancouver.
The family of 21 year old Keith Koponyas said he was visiting friends in Langley when he vanished in late august. Wednesday RCMP in Dawson confirmed he was found alive along with two females who reported they had been kidnapped and held for several days on a rural property outside of town. The motive for the kidnapping hasn’t been established, but police say they have no reason to believe the public is at risk
Police were alerted to the situation last Saturday after one of the women managed to escape and told police there was a third person in the house. Earlier report indicated they found another women, but that proved untrue when they came across Koponyas.
The investigation is on-going.
