Further investigation has revealed more information in a fatal Terrace hit and run from Sunday.
Thanks to the addition of more experienced investigators, police now know that the vehicle involved in the incident was a 2011 to 2016 Ford F350 pick-up.
Damage to the passenger side of the pick-up, as well as the mirror, would have been sustained during the incident.
In addition, police have recovered a boat trailer which they believe to be associated with the case, which has damage consistent with the collision and is currently being forensically examined.
Police originally launched the investigation after discovering the deceased body of a man in a ditch 4 kms west of Terrace on Highway 16 on Sunday morning.
It is believed that the collision took place between 3:00 and 7:00 in the morning.
