Tse Keh Nay has signed mineral tax revenue-sharing agreements with the province.
The agreements with the alliance of three First Nation communities relate to a underground gold-copper mining project north of Smithers.
The Kemess Underground Project is located 250 kilometres north of Smithers and is expected to have a life span of at least 12 years.
The agreements include getting a share of the revenue from the mine and having the province assist in addressing the priorities the three First Nations have in their communities.
The province also has separate agreements with the three First Nations, Tsay Keh Dene Nation, Takla Lake First Nation and Kwadacha Nation.
