Water restrictions are in effect for Thornhill and North Terrace residents.
Until further notice, water restrictions are being implemented because of the warmer weather and increase in demand.
Residents are being asked to avoid watering lawns and gardens more than once a week and to do so between 4 to 8 AM or 7 to 10 PM if using irrigation systems. Residents are allowed to water lawns and gardens any time by hand.
During this temporary water restriction period, officials are asking residents to refrain from washing exterior surfaces of buildings, driveways, vehicles, patios or other hard landscape surfaces and filling or adding water to swimming pools.
