Premier John Horgan made a stop in Prince Rupert Monday.
Horgan says it’s a good opportunity to look at the rapdily expanding Port of Prince Rupert and to meet with North Coast residents
Horgan also has a meeting to discuss how BC communities that provide resources that fuel the provincial economy can get a share of that revenue.
The Northwest BC Resource Benefits Alliance has been trying to hammer out a revenue sharing agreement with the province, but has yet to reach one.
Horgan will be in Terrace on Tuesday with Advanced Education Minister Melanie Mark to make an announcement about supports for trade and tech students throughout the province.
