Family and friends of a missing Terrace man have established a fundraising campaign in his memory.
David Kim went missing April 7th and those close to him acknowledge that he will not be found alive.
Kim is being remembered as someone who lived life fully and loved the Terrace area greatly, whether it was telemarking at Shames Mountain or exploring the rivers and ocean by kayak.
David’s partner of 22 years, Catharine White, has committed to making a substantial donation to My Mountain Co-op and Terrace Search and Rescue.
Friends and family are encouraged to donate to the Gofundme campaign which will raise money for the two organizations until May 15th.
The campaign says Catharine White wishes to express her gratitude to all those who sent love, support, and well wishes.
She is extremely grateful to those who provided resources and time to search for David.
