Flaggers on the scene of a single vehicle crash between Terrace and Prince Rupert.
Witnesses say a work van ended up on its side, landing in the middle of Highway 16 about 70 kilometres east of Prince Rupert. around 2:30 Friday afternoon.
Traffic is reduced to a single lane.
The condition of the van’s occupants is unknown.
