Northern Health is taking strides to make their connection service more accessible.
While the service will continue to help those who need out-of-town medical assistance, it is now being expanded to help even more people.
The service will now help those with accesibility needs, people with mobility challenges, those who are 60 years or older, and companions or immediate family of those using the service.
Fares for travel will not change as part of the expanded service.
