The provincial government is clearing the air after misconceptions relating to payment methods on the new BC Bus North Service.
Initial announcements said that credit cards would be the only payment option for those looking to utilize the new service.
Today, BC Transit is announcing that riders will also be able to pay with Debit at the doors when boarding the bus, though they will still need to reserve seats online.
The service will hit multiple stops in northern BC and cost between 35 and 45 dollars per trip depending on the distance traveled.
You can view a full list of options and book seats at BC Bus dot CA.
The service begins on June 4th.
