Premier John Horgan took the time to today address the upcoming electoral reform referendum during his closing speech at the UBCM convention in Whistler.
During the speech, Horgan said that the voting process needs to be changed to keep up with the times.
According to the Premier, proportional representation would ensure that every British Columbian’s vote matters.
The referendum will be held by mail between October 22nd and November 30th.
