A drug trafficking investigation split between Terrace and Prince Rupert has led to two arrests and the seizure of drugs, cash, and weapons.
Last Friday RCMP executed a search warrant at two residences, one on Cramer Street in Terrace, and one on 10th Avenue East in Prince Rupert.
During the searches, police uncovered several ounces of cocaine, a small quantity of crack, thousands of dollars in cash, and numerous prohibited weapons.
A vehicle was also seized as part of the investigation.
Police arrested two men following the searches, one from each community, both of whom were given conditional releases and are pending court dates.
