A scary incident west of Terrace on Saturday morning saw a semi-truck end up blocking a section of train tracks.
RCMP were called to assist with a collision at around 10 am which saw the semi travel in to on-coming traffic and in to a ditch, before ending up with it’s tires impeding the tracks.
All trains were stopped while the truck was being removed from the tracks.
Only minor injuries and damage were reported as a result, and slippery road conditions and weather are believed to be leading factors in the incident.
