Time may be running short for the Seven Sisters regional mental health residence facility in Terrace.
Adjacent to the current Mills Memorial Hospital, the residence looks to be a casualty of the 380 million dollar hospital replacement project.
Plans are, however, in the works to replace the facility, though very little is known about that project thus far.
At the moment, not even a location is planned for the replacement building, with a project tender still an estimated 6 months out.
According to a post to Bid BC, the project is expected to run off of a budget of between 17 and 18 million dollars.
Built in 2005, the current Seven Sisters facility was built for just 2.5 million.
