A broken water main has forced the closure of a Hazelton elementary school.
The Coast Mountains School District says Majagaleehl Gali Aks school will be closed for the rest of Tuesday, February 26.
Officials expect repairs to the water line will be complete by this evening and the school to re-open Wednesday.
School staff are contacting parents and guardians about the availability of early bus runs, but the district says regular bus runs will remain in place in the event they can’t contact parents.
Parents/Guardians should contact the School Principal if they have questions or require more information.
