Veteran NDP Member of Parliament Nathan Cullen won’t be running in the next federal election.
Cullen, the MP for Skeena Bulkley Valley since 2004, made the announcement on the bank of the Bulkley River in Smithers today.
He is the NDP’s critic for democratic reform and ethics.
Cullen’s announcement brings to 13 the number of NDP MPs not seeking re-election out of a caucus of 44.
