Overnight snowfall is causing some trouble on northwest B.C. Highways.
Kitimat RCMP responded to a collision on Highway 37, about 30 km north of Kitimat around 6:30.
Police say it was initially reported as a single vehicle crash, then updated to a three vehicle collision, although it appears they were all separate incidents in the same area due to poor road conditions.
RCMP says injuries are reported to be minor and highway maintenance crews are on scene conducting some sanding.
Highway 113 was closed in both directions following a collision early Monday morning.
The transportation ministry says the incident took place at Big Cedar Bridge, 41 km south of Gitlaxt’aamiks, but no further details are available.
