BC Ferries launches survey to gather public input on how to improve vessels

BC Ferries has launched an online public survey to gather feedback on how to improve their vessels.

While the survey mainly focuses on a set of new ferries coming to the Vancouver Island, information gathered will be used to guide the design of future ferries.

Those with ideas on how to improve customer experience on the ships can follow this link to the survey.

Alongside the survey comes the announcement of four new ferries coming to the Metro-Vancouver and Vancouver Island areas in the next decade.
