With Telus wrapping up construction on its cell-tower last week, residents of Port Clements will finally have access to cell service and high speed internet.
It’s now been one week since the communications giant completed their 500 thousand dollar Park Street project.
For the first time, those living in the Village and surrounding areas will have 24/7 cell service, emergency calling access, and high speed 4G LTE wireless internet services.
In 2017, Telus earmarked 4.7 billion dollars to expand services in the province before 2020.
