Terrace RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating a missing man.
38 year-old Andrew Parnell has not been seen since March 16th.
Parnell is described as a Caucasian male, standing 5 feet 5 inches, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
