Firefighters from Smithers and Telkwa have been on scene at the Smithers Recycling Depot since 11:00 this morning fighting a blaze.
Houston firefighters also joined later to assist in getting the flames under control.
Flames have spread inside the complex, causing damage at the rear of the facility.
No injuries have been reported as of yet, but crews are continuing to combat the fire.
