Skeena Bulkley Valley MP Nathan Cullen called the Liberal government out for some of their recent hypocrisy during a conference call today.
Cullen issued the comments in reference to actions and decisions made by Trudeau’s Liberals earlier this week.
On Monday, the federal Liberal, NDP, Bloc, and Greens all voted in favour of declaring a national climate change emergency.
The following day, the Liberals voted to approve the massive Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion in BC.
In his statement, Cullen denounced the economic benefits of the project as well, saying the approval essentially marks another 10 to 15 billion in spending on the project.
