British Columbians are being asked to share their thoughts on the Ministry of Transportation’s services through a new survey.
Open as of today, the Ministry’s 2019 Customer Satisfaction Survey is their attempt to gather feedback which will inform future decisions.
Those who fill out the survey will be asked to share opinions on the Ministry’s myriad of services including Highway operations and maintenance, commercial vehicle safety enforcement, inland ferries, licensing taxis, and many more.
They will also be asked to share their experiences in dealing with Ministry employees.
This year’s survey will remain open for the public online until September 3rd.
