More details have been released about the events for this years Hometown Hockey in Prince Rupert.
There will be a variety of games for children and adults that will test their hockey skills including an accuracy challenge. There will also be live music with the Dearly Departed performing on Saturday followed by Triple Bypass on Sunday. NHL alumni Kirk McLean will be signing autographs and Dwayne Roloson will be a special guest for the live NHL game broadcast.
The event is taking place at the Prince Rupert Recreation Complex Dec. 7 and 8. The festival will open both days at noon featuring a live game broadcast on Sunday of the Buffalo Sabres against the Edmonton Oilers.
