City of Terrace Council appoints new Chief Administrative Officer

Kris Boland, CPA, CGA has accepted the role and will assume duties effective January 1, 2021. He replaces outgoing Heather Avison, who is retiring on November 30, after 10 years in the role and 28 in total with the City of Terrace.

Boland joins the City of Terrace from the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine, where he spent the last year and a half as Project Manager for the Northwest BC Resource Benefits Alliance.
