Thornhill Fire Department puts out structure fire

The Thornhill Fire Department responded to a structure fire yesterday morning.

The fire took place in the 5400 block of Highway 37 South. When crews arrived there was an open fire and smoke coming from the building.

Crews quickly extinguished the fire. There was some damage to the building and no injuries were reported. There were 10 members, two tenders and a fire engine sent to the scene.
