Thornhill Fire Department puts out multi-vehicle fire on Munson Road

The Thornhill Fire department responded to and extinguished a multi-vehicle fire on Munson road across from the Terrace Speedway earlier this afternoon.

There were three different vehicles that caught on fire, A Class A motor home, an SUV and a motorcycle. All three of which were stationary when they were set ablaze.

The owner of these three vehicles was not present at the time these fires started.

8 members of the Thornhill Fire Department and three fire trucks were able to safely extinguish all three of the blazes before they could spread and cause more damage to the area.

The cause of these fires has not yet been determined although Thornhill’s fire chief Rick Boehm does believe that the fires did originate from somewhere in the motor home.
