Some recent testing has found multiple COVID-19 cases associated with people contracted to work on the Site C hydroelectric dam project in Northeast BC.
As of right now, the outbreak at Site C is listed as having 92 confirmed cases over several different clusters of COVID activity with only 2 cases currently being active and no new cases since September 15th.
Enhanced infection control measures have since been put on the site to prevent the disease from spreading further such as testing workers without symptoms under the orders of the Northern Health authority.
